Financial Assistance

The Jr Eagles Football Academy has limited funds available to assist player families with program costs.  Funds are on a first come first serve basis, the form below must be filled out according to the instructions on the form.  As we have limited funds, even though you may qualify, the funds may have already been dispersed for the season.
